As Sales Manager for PalletforceLogistics, the main purpose of the role is to achieve the overall PalletforceLogistics budget objectives for Pallet Sales and Storage/Warehousing through effective client relationship development and commercial support. The role will suit a highly motivated graduate / apprentice / trainee / junior sales person who is prepared to work using their own initiative to identify commercial opportunities.

Salary: Up to £40k per annum depending on experience, plus commission

Role Responsibilities
* Cultivate and nurture leads, overseeing the entire sales cycle to ensure a seamless transition into operations.
* Proactively seek out new sales prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
* Efficiently manage and monitor your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
* Establish, foster, and sustain strategic relationships with potential clientele.
* Cultivate a strong network of current and prospective customers.
* Develop and present competitive pricing solutions for logistics and related services.
Ideal Candidate
* A driven self starter looking to build a career in sales within the logistics industry.
* A strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities.
* Basics in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook – must be IT literate.
* Outstanding communication and telephone skills, accompanied by robust administrative and customer service abilities.
