Internal Sales Executive - St Helens - Permanent - up to £30k DOE + Bonus
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Executive to join a long‑established leading company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales activities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales process to drive revenue growth.
Key duties:
* Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
* Foster and develop relationships with customers and potential clients
* Develop promotional strategy and activities with relevant stakeholders
* Work closely with estimating to ensure customer satisfaction where necessary
* Maintain a positive attitude while inspiring co‑workers and clients to grow the business
* Set aims and objectives to develop and improve business
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Act as the main contact for customer accounts
Requirements:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
* Target‑driven with a proactive and self‑motivated attitude
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
