Job Title: Meraki Product Architect
Job Description
We are seeking a Cisco Meraki Product Architect to contribute to a high-profile project for a global telecommunications client. The ideal candidate will possess robust network architecture skills, particularly in routing and switching, as well as proficiency in routing protocols such as BGP. Expertise in Cisco Meraki and Cisco SASE solutions are essential, and API DevNet skills are highly advantageous. This role is hybrid with 1-2 days per week on-site in either Newbury or Paddington. This is a long-term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
1. Design and architect network solutions with a focus on Cisco Meraki.
2. Utilise strong network fundamentals in routing and switching to support project objectives.
3. Implement and manage routing protocols, especially BGP, within the network architecture.
4. Contribute to network design and documentation writing.
5. Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project requireme
Essential Skills
6. Proven experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN)
7. Strong familiarity with Cisco technologies, especially Meraki SDN
8. Hands-on knowledge of Cisco SASE solutions:Preferably Cisco Secure AccessAlternatively Cisco Secure Connect
9. Ability to compare and contrast SASE offerings across vendors
Additional Skills & Qualifications
10. API DevNet skills are highly beneficial.
11. Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Work Environment
This role is hybrid working with 1-2 days on-site in either Newbury or Paddington. The successful candidate will be working with cutting-edge network technologies and will need to possess excellent documentation and communication skills to thrive in this dynamic setting.
