The Role:High level strategic Regional Account Manager working with National House Builders and Regional DevelopersWorking at Head Office level, negotiating with Chief Buyers and senior purchasing/procurement managers developing relationships.Will be conducting product reviews and devising/implementing business plans.Working across the North of England up to the Scottish Borders.Your role may take you to Scotland from time to time.Managing relationships and promoting the company’s products to National and Regional House Builders/DevelopersAccount Management of large well established accountsBusiness Development of a high performing patch with strong potential for growthLooking after the North Homes Counties and East Anglia RegionThe Ideal Person:Must have experience working with National or Regional House Builders/developers Proven track record of account management and business development within the National and Regional House BuildersProven track record of account management and business development within the KBB Sector ideally.Ideal candidate; self motivated, extremely organised, hard working, open and approachable, team player, good sense of humourSomeone willing to join a long standing successful company with a vision of progression their career
