You’ll deliver engaging training through a blend of remote learning, one-to-one coaching, and workplace support, helping apprentices develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for success within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training across Financial Services, Regulated Financial Planning, and Paraplanning Apprenticeships Support learners through coaching, teaching, and assessment activities Prepare learners for examinations and End Point Assessment (EPA) Deliver remote and workplace-based training sessions Develop engaging curriculum content and learning materials Monitor learner progress and maintain compliant learner documentation Support achievement, retention, and progression targets Ensure delivery aligns with Ofsted standards, apprenticeship compliance, and awarding body requirements Embed employability skills, safeguarding, Prevent, and Equality & Diversity within delivery Work collaboratively with employers and internal quality teams Ideal Candidate You’ll be an experienced Financial Services professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for teaching, coaching, and learner development.
