Job Role:
* Scheduling surgery with patients & clinics
* Managing diaries and surgeon schedules
* Communicating with surgical staff, patients & clinics via email and telephone
* Managing and maintaining department spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will:
* Possess a willingness to learn
* Have excellent organisational skills
* Pay attention to detail
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Be able to deal with changing priorities
