Job Title: Fleet Co-ordinator
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Salary: £25,000

Fleet Co-ordinator Opportunity
Support Regional Service Controllers in managing maintenance and repair activities efficiently. Handle customer inquiries, coordinate service engineers, manage parts ordering, and provide administrative support. The core hours are M-F 10am-6pm but you would need to cover on a rota basis between 7am-7pm
Fleet Co-ordinator Duties
* Provide effective customer service and build relationships.
* Manage repair, maintenance, and breakdown requests promptly.
* Organize service inspection contracts and liaise with other departments.
* Prioritize tasks and ensure accurate documentation.
* Log repair notifications and allocate appropriate service resources.
* Maintain contract plans and update customers on job progress.
* Handle day-to-day queries and record all jobs accurately.
* Work with controllers to optimise service resources.
* Ensure timely completion of service work and accurate record-keeping.
* Assist team members and provide data to customers as needed.
Fleet Co-ordinator skills/experience required
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
* Confidence to contribute ideas and adapt to changes.
