Our client is a well-established leader in electrical testing and engineering, with decades of experience and a strong presence across Europe. They are expanding rapidly and are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to grow their High Voltage (HV) testing business across the region.
This is a genuine sales leadership role. You will actively drive business development, manage key client relationships, and lead opportunities from identification to deal closure. You will work closely with the EMEA Sales Director while having the autonomy to shape and execute your own strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sales of HV testing services across Europe, securing new clients and expanding existing accounts.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with utilities, grid operators, EPCs, and industrial clients.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive deals to successful completion.
* Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to support business growth.
* Represent the company at industry events and promote its services.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in technical or B2B sales, ideally in HV testing, electrical engineering, or energy services.
* Solid understanding of high voltage systems and testing processes.
* Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel across Europe.
* Engineering background is beneficial but not essential.
