About the Role
Being a Chef at Butlin’s is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for food and cooking with creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you will work alongside a talented team of chefs to deliver a variety of dishes across our buffet venues. You will collaborate with a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to ensure top-quality service.
You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to set recipes and brand standards, while complying with Food Safety Management System protocols.
Joining Butlin’s includes enrollment in our Award-Winning Chef Academy, providing a fun and educational environment to develop your skills and advance your career in the culinary field.
About You
We seek motivated individuals eager to progress within a fast-paced and exciting brand. Experience at a similar level is essential, along with leadership skills and a flexible attitude to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure smooth operation of our buffet venues.
We support your professional growth by helping you achieve a Level 2 or Level 3 Professional Cookery qualification through our Chef Academy.
