Reporting to Steve Thomas, your role will be supporting operational IT services and CSU clinical teams with delivery of operational services, project implementation, and supplier relationships.

Main duties of the job
The IT Service Manager supports several CSUs as the IT business partner, providing IT advice, Incident Management, Problem Management, Risk Management, Procurement Support, Project Support, and Supplier Management.
You will be responsible for 3 CSUs (Pathology, Women's, and Children's).
You will be part of a high-functioning team providing Service Operations (ITIL) to the Trust.
You will work autonomously with your customers, users, other DIT teams, DIT service managers, and suppliers to maintain IT services and improve existing services.
