Main duties of the job

About the role
Your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to residents.
Other responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity, and respect.
* Recognizing clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections, and escalating risks promptly.
* Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practicing safe systems of work across tasks.
