As a National Delivery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery operations across the country and ensuring efficient and timely logistics. With a strong presence across the United Kingdom they pride themselves on delivering an extensive range of products matched excellent customer service while creating a supportive work environment for all employees.\n\nDescription\n\nThe National delivery operation manager will\n\nOversee the nationwide delivery operations ensuring efficient across 50+ locations\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction\nCollaborate with other departments (fleet, HR, Sales, Customer service) to ensure streamlined operations\nManage and mentor the regional delivery managers, and site transport and operational teams\nEnsure all operations comply with health and safety regulations\nSet expectations for transport compliance across the network of delivery points\nSupport and guide the site management team in best practice and management of drivers\nPrepare and manage logistics budget\nSupport the resolution any issues or delays in delivery\nContinuously evaluate and improve delivery processesProfile\n\nA successful National Delivery Operations Manager should have:\n\nProven experience in managing logistics at a national level\nInternational CPC\nExperience with HIAB, Moffetts and Cranes is advantageous\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team\nExcellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations in logistics\nExceptional communication and customer service skillsJob Offer\n\nA competitive salary range from £60,000 to £65,000 annually\nA company car or car allowance and a 15% bonus\nA supportive work culture that values employee growth\nOpportunities for professional development and advancement within the property industry\nThis is a national role supporting 50+ depots through a regional management teamWe warmly invite those who believe they fit the requirements to apply for this exciting role in our company.
