What you’ll be doing: In this role, you will work alongside the Service Manager to deliver a safe, caring and high-quality service. You will be visible in the day-to-day running of the service, providing hands-on support based on the needs of the people we support. This includes full support with daily living such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, shopping, activities, finances and manual handling. You will work on a rota (including sleep-ins) and, in the absence of the Service Manager, take responsibility for the day-to-day operation. This will involve leading the team, monitoring performance, and supporting staff through one-to-ones, appraisals and team meetings. You will build positive relationships and live our values, delivering person-centred support that helps people achieve greater independence and live fulfilling lives.
