School Administrator / Receptionist
Location: Northumberland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Contract: Temporary (ongoing)
Pay: £110 to £120 per day
Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for a School Administrator / Receptionist to join a welcoming and supportive school in Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and professional individual to support the smooth running of a busy school office.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all administrative duties within the school office
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff
Answering and directing telephone calls
Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring they are signed in correctly
Providing business administration support to pupils, teachers and stakeholders
Communicating with parents regarding school updates and enquiries
Maintaining accurate records using school management systems
Requirements
Previous experience in a school administration office or reception role
Knowledge of school systems including SIMS, Arbor and Bromcom
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional, friendly and approachable manner
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
