As a Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Working closely with the management team, you’ll guide and inspire your colleagues, ensuring high-quality care and education are delivered every day.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working in an early years setting, ideally with some supervisory or leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for childcare and supporting children’s development

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding childcare and early education
* Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are always maintained
* Support colleagues with training and professional development
