Experienced Residential Estate Agency Sales Manager wanted to lead a high‑performing established team in the Sutton area: winning instructions, driving sales performance, and delivering excellent customer service within a reputable estate agency environment.
Our client, a highly successful and widely recognised independent Estate Agency Group, is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager to join their team covering the Sutton area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader with a strong background in residential property sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing a residential sales team to achieve targets
* Generating new business and winning property instructions
* Driving overall branch performance and profitability
* Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and support
* Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Residential Sales Manager or similar role
* Proven track record in listing and winning instructions
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Commercial awareness with a focus on results
* Proactive and positive approach to work
* Good knowledge of the Sutton/Surbiton property market preferred
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
