The Role
You will play a key frontline role in protecting clients’ rights at the earliest and most critical stages of a case.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attending police stations and assisting in the effective management of cases
* Supporting fee earners with research, case preparation, and document management
* Analysing evidence and providing clear, structured findings
* Communicating professionally with clients, counsel, and colleagues
* Drafting witness statements and preparing files for court
* Representing the firm where appropriate
* Strong knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident use of IT and case management systems
Ideal Candidate
Candidates will have completed, or be currently undertaking, the LPC or SQE.
