Global Chief Marketing Officer - Global Consumer Products Manufacturer (* Wholesale & D2C*) - £180-£240k + 30% Bonus – Hybrid (London, 3 days/week)
We are seeking a Global Chief Marketing Officer with recent experience in a global consumer products manufacturer that mainly sells via wholesale, with some D2C. We need international marketing experience in markets beyond the UK, Europe, and Ireland.
They’re a design-led company with exceptionally innovative products. They’re at £120m with plans to double in 5 years. They’re scaling their international presence further, specially targeting the US & China.
You will lead global marketing efforts across wholesale (85% of their sales) and D2C channels, drive brand awareness, and improve customer engagement. You\'ll oversee product launches, go-to-market strategies, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in central London. The package includes salary, 30% bonus, LTIPS and benefits.
Required Experience We need a senior global marketing leader who has covered more than UK, Ireland and Europe.
We need recent experience (+2 years min) in consumer product business with a strong focus on wholesale and some d2c .
Responsibilities Own the end-to-end consumer experience across wholesale and D2C channels.
Develop and execute global marketing strategies for brand awareness, customer engagement, and product launches.
Lead the customer journey from awareness to advocacy, ensuring consistent experience across all touchpoints.
Oversee go-to-market strategies and drive organic growth through segmentation, retention, and customer loyalty.
Manage marketing investments to ensure ROI, while balancing creativity with business objectives.
Collaborate with teams to shape product offerings, optimize campaigns, and deliver strong results globally.
