Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role?
We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team, where your organisational skills and proactive approach will significantly contribute to selling our pre-loved items.
Our Warehouse Supervisors collaborate with the management team to achieve key objectives and ensure efficient stock movement to generate sales. You will respond swiftly and positively to changing situations, creating a safe and productive working environment.
This role is varied, fast-paced, and hands-on. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries, and donations, it is physically demanding but rewarding, as you help fund life-saving research.
What are we looking for?

* Stock management experience is desirable but not essential
* Motivated, proactive, and commercially driven to lead a team
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
* Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable to business needs
Our stores operate 7 days a week, and this role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, on a permanent contract.
