Quality Workwear Services is a long established independent, customer-first company specialising in high-quality laundry and rental services such as garments, mats and roller towels to a wide range of businesses. We also supply workwear Directly to customers to purchase and are in the process of expanding our product range further.

Weve built a strong reputation for reliability and exceptional service, working closely with businesses across the region to provide tailored solutions that make a real difference in their operations.

Our team is friendly, professional, and genuinely loves what we do – and were looking for someone who shares that enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* General office administration, including filing, scanning and maintaining accurate records
* Managing incoming calls and emails, directing queries to the appropriate team members
* Maintaining and updating the customer database to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Placing and tracking orders with suppliers
* Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports and correspondence
* Monitoring office supplies and placing replenishment orders as required
* Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks

Skills and Experience

* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is preferred, however not essential as training will be provided.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with a polite and professional manner
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment

* Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
* Positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
* Friendly and approachable, with a focus on delivering excellent service
