Registered Nurse – CAMHS and Eating Disorders
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RMN or RNLD (Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Learning Disabilities nurse ) to work within fantastic 8-25 Years Eating Disorders EDIC and CAMHS unit in Mill Hill.
1. Location: Mill Hill
2. Days: 07:45am – 20:15pm
Nights: 20:15pm – 07:45am
23hpw – 2 days a week including 2 weekends a month every other weekend (shift pattern)
– 3 days a week including 2 weekends a month every other weekend (shift pattern)
– 4 days a week including 2 weekends a month every other weekend (shift pattern)
Salary Packages:
salaries are subject to experience;
3. Staff Nurse £35,000 – £38,500 (1 year – 3 year plus competency)
4. Senior staff nurse £39,000 – £42,000 (3 years plus competency)
5. Charge nurse equivalent £43,000 (fully competency based)
This Hospital is an inpatient rehabilitation and recover service for children and young adults aged 8-25 years suffering from an Eating Disorder and mental health needs, personality disorders or mild learning disabilities and who may have a history of challenging behaviours, self-harm, substance misuse problems or trauma.

The Hospital Manager is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
Preceptorship Programme: In the case of newly qualified nurses, the hospital offers a fantastic preceptorship programme. They have a good number of experienced staff to support and mentor newly qualified nurses.
Shifts : The Service can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. you will receive hour break. Please state if you have any preferences on your hours and/or shift pattern in your application.
Location : The Service is very easily accessed by car and they have a local bus stop so they are very accessible via public transport. They have free parking on site.
