The stylish coastal retreat overlooks 200 metres of golden sands, stunning cliffs and rock pools. Responsibilities
* Act as the General Manager's second‑in‑command, supporting all aspects of day‑to‑day operations.
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
* Assist with staff training, development and performance management.
* Manage stock control, ordering and cost efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Contribute ideas to improve service and business performance.
