Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? As a Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) driver, you’ll play a vital role in delivering and collecting products from a variety of locations, all while adhering to our company policies and procedures.
Your Role
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Work a flexible shift pattern, including nights, late and early shifts, and weekends.
* Enjoy a minimum of 32 contracted hours, with routes assigned up to 12.5 hours per day, often requiring additional hours.
* Collect shopping from our state-of-the-art warehouses and deliver it to our regional sites—no multi-drops or hidden lanes!

Pay Structure
This position is lunar paid, meaning you will receive your pay every four weeks according to a monthly schedule. Here’s a breakdown of the pay rates effective from 31st March 2025:
* Basic hourly rate: £17.73
* Evening premium rate (18:00-06:00): £19.63
* Sunday Premium rate: £19.39
* Sunday Evening Premium rate (18:00-06:00): £21.48
* Overtime rate (Day Shift): £22.16
* Overtime evening rate (18:00 - 06:00): £24.53
