We are working with a PE backed, scaling DTC Sports brand to help them hire for a newly created role on their team, an Ecommerce Lead.
The brand is a leader in their space with a loyal global fanbase and a century-long legacy. They have been scaling rapidly, with YoY revenue up by 34% and they have ambitious plans to double this in the next 3 years.

Please note, this role requires travel to their South Wales office 2 days per week!
About the Role:
* Own and lead the multi-brand D2C Shopify channel across their UK, US and EU markets- setting roadmap, CRO plans and international priorities.
* Manage a high-performing ecommerce executive and multiple specialist agencies.
* Own merchandising, promotions, and UX delivery for key campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, product launches)
* Be hands-on with CRO, testing and analytics to lift AOV and engagement across all sites.
* Collaborate with content, product, and performance marketing to build journeys tailored to traffic sources and territories.
About You:
* Proven experience working in D2C product-led, Ecommerce brands (Travel, Subscription, Sports ideal)
* Shopify experience is essential
* Strong understanding of CRO, A/B testing, user journey design, and performance tracking
* Previous experience managing large, high-SKU ecommerce sites is a must
* Previous agency & team management experience
* Strategic thinker who can take ownership of the Ecommerce function and deliver results
* International expansion experience would be a bonus
