Main duties of the job
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the mobilisation and day‑to‑day operations of the LCS programme
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
* Managing procurement tasks and supporting logistical arrangements
* Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and incident investigations
* Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and site handbooks
* Collaborating with internal teams and external providers
* Supporting patient engagement, social media activity, and communications
* Conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure service quality
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a customer or patient‑facing role, ideally in healthcare
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A self‑motivated team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
* Knowledge of LCS programmes (desirable)
