Corporate Policy Coordinator

Part-time, Fixed-Term position until July 2026 (20 hours per week)

Salary: £16,884 - £17,773 per annum (pro rata)

Location: Beeston, Nottingham

Join a large housing association team as a Corporate Policy Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping the policies and procedures that drive their success. Day-to-day of the role

* Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure they are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with our company's goals and values.
* Collaborate with various teams across the business to gather input and feedback, ensuring our policies meet internal standards as well as regulatory and legislative requirements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a proactive approach to all compliance activities.
* Provide support and guidance on policy-related matters to different departments, helping to foster a culture of compliance and awareness throughout the organisation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex policy issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring all policies are thoroughly vetted and applicable.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
