Whats on Offer: £45,000 - £55,000 bonuses Comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development Access to specialist therapeutic training and support Career advancement in a values-driven, expanding organisation Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day running of a childrens residential home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, child-centred care Support, mentor, and develop the staff team to provide consistent, therapeutic, and trauma-informed care Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, safeguarding procedures, and all relevant regulations Oversee care planning, placement reviews, and ensure each childs voice is central to decision-making Work closely with the Responsible Individual and senior leadership, contributing to the strategic growth and direction of the service What Were Looking For: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent/working towards) Significant experience in childrens residential care, ideally within an EBD or therapeutic environment Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches such as PACE (beneficial, though training will be provided) Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills Resilient, empathetic, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people This role offers the chance to lead a home where children can feel safe, valued, and supported to reach their full potential.
