We are seeking a Food Technical Compliance Specialist within a growing technical team to support product specifications, packaging artwork approval, internal auditing, and new product introduction. Key Responsibilities Create, approve, and maintain finished product specifications in line with customer and legal requirements Generate ingredient declarations and ensure specification accuracy and compliance Manage specification updates and maintain customer portal systems Support packaging artwork approval and produce legal packaging copy Handle customer technical queries and support audits Conduct internal audits and close non-conformances Support NPD trials, handovers, and first production with complete technical documentation Liaise with cross-functional teams to support timelines and process changes Essential Criteria Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science or related discipline 1+ year experience with retailer specification online systems is essential Knowledge of Food Safety and GMP Strong Excel and Word skills For more information on this role please contact or call Skills: Food Safety Retail online portal
