The Role
You’ll be joining a small but high-performing Finance recruitment team that’s building real momentum under new leadership.
This isn’t a fully established market for us yet – which is exactly what makes it exciting. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own client base, shape your market, and play a key role in the team’s growth, while benefiting from the backing of a well-established brand.
* 360 recruitment role (candidate + client ownership)
* Focus on Finance roles across the Northern market
* Business development and client acquisition will be key
* Opportunity to collaborate across wider Morson teams for cross-functional BD
What We’re Looking For
* 12–18 months+ recruitment experience (Finance recruitment preferred)
* Experience operating in a 360 or BD-led environment
* Strong commercial mindset and confidence in winning new business
* Knowledge of the Northern market is highly desirable
* Motivated by growth, autonomy and building something
We may also consider recruiters from wider professional services backgrounds, but Finance experience will be a strong advantage.
