The Role
As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of a single site or small project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. This is a hands-on role combining electrical installation work with site supervision, client liaison, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run daily site operations, supervising labour and coordinating works.
* Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, removals, testing, and inspection.
* Ensure materials, tools, and hired equipment are managed correctly and securely.
* Attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients on progress and site issues.
* Ensure Health and Safety procedures and company standards are followed at all times.
* Support Operatives with technical guidance and problem-solving on site.

* Can manage a site independently.
* Takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work.
* Builds strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
* JIB Approved Electrician (Gold Card).
* SSSTS.
* Previous experience supervising electrical works on site.
* Strong installation, testing, and inspection experience.
* Full UK driving licence is preferred.
