This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a critical function, ensuring smooth operations across maintenance scheduling and inventory management.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing and developing the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure all maintenance activities are tracked and optimised.
* Coordinating work orders with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure timely completion.
* Creating reports and metrics to support performance analysis and continuous improvement.
* Overseeing the stores system, maintaining accurate inventory levels and control procedures.
* Supporting engineers with inventory needs and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
* Building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
* Collaborating with the wider engineering team to improve systems and support project implementation.
What We're Looking For:
