Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health status to the appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
- gcse or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
