Responsibilities

* Oversee employee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on effective evaluation techniques.
* Maintain and manage HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting capabilities.
* Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
* Handle employee relations issues, providing support and guidance in conflict resolution.
* Collaborate with management to develop training programmes that enhance employee skills and career development.
* Utilise social media management tools to promote company culture and job openings effectively.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining company policies.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Manager/Director or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
* Proficient in data entry and management, with strong attention to detail.
* Familiarity with recruitment processes.
* Previous administrative experience in a human resources setting is preferred.
