The role: PwC has been a leader in delivering Workday services since with major UK and global clients. We are currently looking for highly experienced Senior Workday Delivery Consultants to join our growing Workday Consulting Team.

What your days will look like:
1. Working in our Workforce Transformation team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, collaborating across PwC to create solutions.
2. Leading and managing client-facing Workday projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of various phases for our global clients.
3. Designing solutions for client Workday HCM projects across modules, integrations, or data.
4. Ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables in functional, integrations, and data workstreams.
5. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels within our clients’ organizations to meet their needs.
6. Challenging client requirements professionally, facilitating workshops, analyzing data, and configuring Workday solutions.
7. Collaborating across teams within PwC to identify value-adding solutions.
8. Participating in business development activities.
9. Mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
10. Leading and inspiring the team, fostering a positive work environment.
This role is for you if:
1. You are an expert HR Transformation Consultant with extensive Workday delivery experience.
2. You possess Workday Consultant Certification or equivalent.
3. You have deep expertise in Workday HCM, including design and implementation, with specializations in areas like Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent, Integrations, Studio, Extend, or Data migration.
4. You can align solutions with strategic business outcomes, with strong digital and data analysis skills.
5. You can build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
6. You can confidently present Workday concepts and solutions based on your experience.
7. You are skilled in managing requirements, providing innovative solutions, and leading teams, including offshore resources.
8. You are passionate about mentoring others and pride yourself on delivering high-quality work as a trusted advisor.
