Customer Service Representative – 12 Month Contract Marston Green, Birmingham £33,795 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Representative to join a leading aerospace company on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the Commercial function by handling a variety of administrative and customer-focused activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Reviewing and processing customer purchase orders * SAP data entry and contract review execution * Managing on-time delivery and exchanges * Generating customer pricing and quotations * Invoicing customer orders and handling credit/debit notes * Resolving queries linked to contracts, orders, and transactions * Ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience in a customer-facing role * Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail * Experience with purchase orders and/or contracts * Proactive and collaborative team player * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * IT proficiency, including SAP, Word, and Excel * Understanding of relevant import/export regulations (EU/US) Desirable * Commercial acumen * Experience within a large organisation * Strong knowledge of SAP and orderbook management If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced aerospace environment, we’d love to hear from you
