About the role
EPAM is looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager passionate about leading strategic initiatives, supporting account growth, and bringing innovative ideas to join our EMEA Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting Practice. This hybrid role may require some time on customer sites.
Our team, within EPAMs Business Consulting organization, is in a growth phase, focusing on delivering innovative, tech-enabled, and human-centered solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will lead end-to-end change management programs, helping clients transform their businesses and maximize technology-driven initiatives, often initiated by EPAMs software engineering and product development teams.
You will have opportunities to make a significant impact by supporting the development of our OCM practices, delivering change strategies, and serving as a key member of our leadership team. Responsibilities
* Support practice development efforts to foster growth and employee development as a thought leader
* Develop and execute comprehensive change programs, including creating business cases, impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communication plans, readiness assessments, and training strategies
* Create high-quality learning and development materials, lead training sessions, and monitor adoption and effectiveness
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages appropriately
* Identify and support business development initiatives
Requirements
* 7+ years in strategic change management roles, with at least 4+ years in a consulting environment (preferably Big 5 firms)
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and make quick, accurate decisions
* Strong design, facilitation, and program management skills
* Deep knowledge of Organizational Development and Change Management principles
* Proven credibility across organizational levels
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
