Role: Senior Care Assistant/Med Tech Location: 29 Glynde Road, Bexleyheath, DA7 4EU Salary: £14.31ph Hours: 36 hours per week (34.5 contracted), rota-based including weekends and public holidays As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll take a hands-on approach to delivering outstanding person-centred care, while also playing a key leadership role on shift. Whether you’re supporting a new team member, updating care plans, or simply offering a reassuring hand to a resident, you’ll bring confidence, warmth and purpose to everything you do. You’ll work closely with nurses and managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and you’ll be a go-to support for the care team especially in moments that matter most.
