School Administrator and Reception Cover – Full-time, long-term temporary role from after February half term until Easter 2026 This school provides a positive, well‑organised, and supportive learning environment where pupils benefit from calm routines and staff who understand their individual needs. Leaders work collaboratively with administrative teams to maintain high standards of communication, safety, and pastoral care. Duties as School Administrator and Reception Cover: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, and staff Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiries Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record‑keeping Assist with reception duties throughout the day Work confidently within busy office routines and respond to changing needs Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain confidentiality Provide support to school staff across a range of administrative tasks Maintain accurate documentation and assist with daily communication processes Ideal School Administrator and Reception Cover: School administrative or reception experience is essential Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills Confident working in a fast‑paced secondary environment Able to work full‑time hours consistently Calm, professional, and proactive in managing competing tasks Reliable, friendly, and able to support pupils and staff effectively Committed to safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality Why Class Act?
