Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee and optimize key initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with Presales subject matter experts to document how our solutions drive success and deliver measurable value for our customers. This role is pivotal in developing a library of repeatable use cases that enable sellers to identify prospects and prepare for introductory conversations. You will also help document demonstration scenarios and storyboards, ensuring that successful strategies are scalable and repeatable.

AI will be a central tool in your daily work, offering a unique opportunity to refine technical skills, contribute to a next-generation Presales organization, and gain visibility with leadership.

YOUR IMPACT - Shape the Future of an AI-Powered Presales

Understanding customer challenges is critical to OpenText’s success. This role directly supports that by helping build a library of repeatable plays that sellers can use to identify good prospects and prepare for introductory conversations. You will also help document related demonstration scenarios and storyboards to make our successes repeatable and summarize key wins aligned to the use cases. AI will be a central tool in your daily work, offering a unique opportunity to refine your technical skills, contribute to a next-generation Presales organization, and gain visibility with leadership.

What The Role Offers

This is an exciting chance to work alongside experts around the world while deepening your expertise in AI-driven research and documentation. You’ll harness AI to analyze key business processes and trends, creating insights that enhance sales effectiveness. You will also gain a solid understanding of how OpenText solutions can help solve real-world customer challenges. And through this, you will also learn about a broad range of processes across almost every industry. If you’re a naturally curious, tech-savvy learner who enjoys experimenting with new tools, this role is for you.

What You Need To Succeed


* Comfort with AI tools for research and content generation
* Ability to understand customer challenges and value drivers
* Experience in industry or account research (preferred, but not required)
* Natural interest in business processes and evolving trends
* Strong communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas
* Excellent writing skills for crafting clear, impactful content
* 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in tech
