Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner with a well-known organisation based in Central Swindon. This role would suit an ambitious individual seeking a value-add role with a focus on stakeholder and team management.
The role
The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for leading a team of business partners and delivering business information to internal stakeholders including the Head of FP&A and Head of Finance, as well as non-finance stakeholders. Responsibilities will include:
1. Budgeting and forecasting.
2. Financial analysis with commentary for senior leadership.
3. Managing a team of 3-5 business partners including developing them and supporting through the studies.
4. Support the wider team at month end.
5. Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders within the group.
6. Travel required to sites within the working day.
7. Reporting on financial performance.
Requirements
8. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Previous experience of business partnering.
11. Previous experience of managing a team of 3+.
12. Team player.
13. Inquisitive and comfortable with challenging the status quo.
