Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sheffield for a Property Sales Negotiator. The Property Sales Negotiator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating property sales negotiations, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth property transaction process. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, liaising with clients, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
* Experience in Estate Agents and Sales
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Knowledge of Lettings and Property Management
* Proven ability to negotiate and close property sales
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Vebra Alto software and is a plus
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

* Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
