This is a busy role and there is an expectation that the post holder is able to manage their own workload and yet work as part of a team, to ensure all the responsibilities of supporting the service are considered and acted upon within agreed timescales and performance indicators are achieved. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate how they meet the following necessary requirements of the post in order to be shortlisted for interview. About the Role You will be responsible for ensuring the security systems and processes are adhered to at all times. (keys, alarms, pagers, cameras etc) You will maintain security equipment & report issues in a timely manner. You will be responsible for facilitating family and professional visits. You will ensure the Confidentiality Code of Conduct is adhere to in relation to staff, clients, family & carers You will enable court escorts to safely deliver and collect young people from/ to the centre. You will manage room bookings & calendar maintenance, You will ensure stationery and equipment supplies are kept restocked. You will be responsible for the production of a range of documents, both electronic and hard copies. You will be responsible for the reception & foyer areas. You will devolve information to staff and managers in a timely and consistent manner. About you To model and demonstrate our values and behaviours. The post holder will be expected to undertake the duties commensurate within the range and grade of the post or any lesser duties as directed. Duties may be subject to periodic review (in consultation with the postholder where appropriate) to reflect the changing work requirements. Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently 49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months salary payments at a rate of 12.38 per month.
