Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager located in Ramsgate, Kent or London. The Design Manager will oversee and manage the design process for blockwork projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure design specifications are accurately followed, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Design Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all design work meets quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in Design Management within the construction industry, specifically in blockwork is desirable
* Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and methods
* Proficiency in design software, CADS, and tools
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with clients, architects, and construction teams
* Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
* Qualification to support the work that will be done
* Ability to work on-site in Ramsgate or London
