About the job
As part of the Support Delivery Service Team a Support Delivery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a caseload of support workers and providing outstanding support across the UK to students in higher education. As the dedicated point of contact for support workers, students, universities, and funding bodies, you will ensure a positive and supportive experience through Clear Links. Accurately recording information, maintaining confidentiality and communicating effectively is an essential part of the role.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing a team of support workers
* Ensuring students have the necessary support in place
* Liaising with funding bodies, universities, support workers and students
* Building a rapport with stakeholders
* Working effectively as part of a team
* Attending external meetings and events as required
Minimum Criteria (Key Requirements):
* Higher Education experience (academic or work related)
* Office or administration experience including good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills with a range of stakeholders across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* High attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build rapport with others
* Effective time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a proactive attitude
Desirable Criteria (Nice to Have):
* Knowledge of student support services, especially NMH (non-medical helper) provision
* Awareness of safeguarding and student wellbeing practices
* Confidence in signposting to relevant services
* Experience dealing with funding bodies and understanding support funding processes
* Ability to deliver or contribute to internal training

We are planning on holding the interviews in person during the week commencing 6th October 2025.
If you are invited to interview you will be provided with some questions in advance of the interview which you can prepare at home.
