Our community-based support care workers provide care to our service users within their own homes to help them remain as independent as possible. The role of a care assistant is extremely rewarding and fulfilling, with many opportunities to develop within your career at Abbots Care Dorset including paid Diplomas and career progression.
Experience isn't always necessary as we have a comprehensive training and Induction course and shadow with you until you are ready.
The Role of a community care assistant includes:
Providing personal care including administering of medication
Supporting with domestic taskswithin their homes

Hourly rate of £12.Fantastic rates of pay with paid mileage of 45 pence (Highest in the area)

Due to the nature of the role and being community based in and around Dorset you will need to have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle, as well the right to work in the UK.
