We are currently recruiting for a CMMS and Stores Lead in Alconbury. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who has some knowledge ofengineeringand is committed to developing our on site practices!
* Develop and operate the Site Planned Preventative Maintenance System using OEM recommendations and current performance data.
* Planning and preparing maintenance tasks, allocating and organizing team resources including tools and parts for execution in a safe efficient and timely manner.
* Working alongside the Site Production Planning Team taking responsibility to optimise, integrate, communicate and deploy maintenance work and ensure maximum equipment availability.
* Support the Engineering Management Team by using CMMS tools to define and deliver the best maintenance strategy for Site Reliability and cost objectives.
* Develop the site CMMS system from scratch including populating the Asset register and defining all templates for maintenance documents.
* Support the Site Facilities Management Team through integration and inclusion of maintenance schedules for the building, facilities and utilities including 3rdparty utilities schedules.
* Produce appropriate reports to enable the cost of asset management to be totally transparent and to allow effective management decisions.
* Responsible for ensuring the Site Planned Maintenance Schedule supports compliance to legislative, statutory and Best Practice requirements.
* Develop and deliver CMMS user training for wider business user
* Maintaining the Site Food Safety, Product Quality, GMP and General Housekeeping standards.
About You
o Programming in CSS, HTML and DAX.
o Competency and understanding of production equipment.
o Understanding of engineering best practices and ways of working.
o Knowledge of visual management, improvement projects and Six Sigma.
o Able to demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, problem solving and organising skills.
o Able to show strong communication skills as well as working collaboratively and showing passion and enthusiasm.
o Able to demonstrate an awareness, and have an understanding, of key legislative and safety requirements within the engineering field.
o Experience with CMMS software/Microsoft office packages.
o Powerbi experience would be advantageous
