We are currently seeking an Operational LMP Partnerships Delivery Manager to oversee and manage our partnership with easyJet.
What’s the purpose of the role:
This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing robust operational performance for easyJet through effective partnership management. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to ensure optimal performance from partnerships with Last Mile Providers, demonstrating a full range of influencing skills from directing to highly collaborative styles, along with the emotional intelligence to know which approach is most appropriate.

* Internal: process/function managers, shift/team managers, shift leaders, bond employees, other units, central services team at Manchester, operations director
* External: airlines, HMC&E, DfT, auditors, contractors, EHO, customers
What you’ll be doing:
1. Establishing operational tasks, policies, and procedures for all LMP employees.
2. Ensuring effective communication within the team utilizing all elements of “Communicating for Success”.
3. Developing, documenting, and maintaining clearly defined procedures for easyJet operations, aligned with easyJet’s Ground Operations, Cabin Operations, and Safety standards, including proper communication protocols to ensure each LMP adheres to contractual requirements.
4. Building meaningful relationships with each of the LMP management teams and engaging them effectively to provide services to easyJet and manage their performance—seeking advice, direction, and support as needed.
5. Making operational decisions and reporting on each LMP location’s performance, forecasting, capacity planning, and team development.
6. Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the capacity of LMPs for the easyJet network, ensuring each has adequate resources to meet business needs.
7. Supporting remote and physical audits of the LMP network, producing audit reports and remedial action plans.
8. Managing and supporting the resolution of complaints within agreed timeframes.
9. Interfacing with sales, finance, marketing, people & culture, process improvements, and optimization teams.
10. Developing and reviewing action plans to ensure schedules are met and costs are controlled.
11. Holding governance meetings to agree on action plans and communicate issues and resolutions.
12. Reviewing service reports, operational reports, SLAs, and KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for development and growth.

What you’ll have:
* At least 5 years of significant people management experience, with expertise in employee engagement.
* Strong data management skills, computer literacy, and an analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Proven management abilities for managing internal and remote teams and external stakeholders.
* Experience in delivering process innovation and change management.
* Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment, preferably in Last Mile provision.
* Ability to set and manage KPIs for teams and individuals, ensuring accountability and transparent reporting.
* Commercial acumen and experience supporting company growth and decision-making through business case development.
