Are looking for a motivated, hands-on Install Engineer who’s ready to jump into a fast-paced role. If you’ve got a solid grasp of electrics, plumbing, and on-site work – especially with hybrid systems, Solar PV, or generators – that’s ideal. If not, but you come from an engineering or electrical background and can learn fast, you’re still in the running.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Full site setups and breakdowns – power, water, welfare units, and more
* Helping position welfare units using a crane (CPCS Slinger Signaler or lifting ops experience is a plus)
* Setting up power connections (16A/32A/63A) from hybrid systems
* Troubleshooting power and water issues on-site
* Reading and briefing method statements, lift plans, and site drawings
* Keeping your gear organised and your team informed
* Representing the team professionally on every job
Technical Skills They'd Love:
* Knowledge of hybrid systems: Solar PV, battery, wind, diesel/LPG generators
* Programming and remote monitoring of systems
* Diagnosing faults and fine-tuning systems on-site or remotely
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* Standard hours: 8am–5pm, with flexibility for overtime
