Peace Recruitment are working with our client, a provider of student accommodation services to source a Night Shift Customer Service Assistant. We are looking for a Night Owl to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for their student residents overnight. You’ll be the main point of contact during the night, handling enquiries, supporting residents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver front-of-house customer service overnight
* Respond to enquiries (in person, phone, email)
* Support resident safety, welfare, and wellbeing
* Handle incidents calmly and follow procedures
* Maintain logs and update systems
* Assist with bookings, admin, and basic maintenance reporting
* Help keep communal areas clean and ready for use
What We’re Looking For
* Customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Flexible, reliable, and team-focused
* Additional languages are a bonus
