The Role: We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join a reputable Real Estate Finance Partner in central London.
This position involves working alongside a reputable Real Estate Finance Partner, a Solicitor, and the wider team.
The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of prior experience as a property paralegal (residential or commercial).
This role is based in our central London office with a hybrid working arrangement.
Day-to-day Duties:
* General administration and support
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing information and case management/filing systems (electronic or hard copy), including storing and retrieving information
* Assisting with file opening and financial management of matters
* Taking detailed instructions from fee earners and providing updates
* Interacting with clients under supervision
* Managing case timelines and deadlines
* Handling plot sale transactions for developers
* Ownership transfers
* Filing SDLT Returns
* Conducting Land Registry searches and liaising with Land Registry
* Completing post-completion administration, including Companies House and Land Registry applications
* Monitoring and responding to emails as necessary
* Preparing Lease Reports and document summaries
* Scheduling Title Deeds and Documents
Your Skills and Experience:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Diligent and hardworking
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
* Team player willing to assist colleagues
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong academic background with a law degree or law conversion course completion
